Caroline Patrick MBA GAICD currently serves as the Group Manager for Marketing, Communications and Engagement at South East Water, overseeing communication strategies for nearly 2 million customers in the Melbourne metro area. In addition to this role, Caroline is an author for the Expert Author Community, with an upcoming book set for release in late 2024. Caroline holds positions as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Customer Engagement Committee at Cara Inc, as well as serving on the Board of the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation and previously as Managing Director at Snapp Consulting. Caroline's extensive experience also includes leadership roles in customer experience advisement and advocacy within the superannuation sector, and achievements in marketing excellence through the Australian Marketing Institute. Caroline's educational background includes an MBA and various executive courses from prestigious institutions, highlighting a strong foundation in business strategy and marketing.
