Richard J Hill MBA LCDP has extensive experience in the counseling and mental health field, currently serving as a Counselor at South County Psychiatry, LLC since November 2021. Previously, Richard held a similar position at Osteopathic Family Medicine until December 2023 and has a strong background from Meadows Edge, where responsibilities included counseling over 150 patients and serving as Acting Lead Clinician. Additional leadership roles include Executive Director at The Journey for Hope, Health, Healing Inc., and Galilee Mission, where Richard implemented significant operational improvements and achieved accreditation. Richard's earlier career involved successful management as Program Director at Providence Metro and Site Supervisor at CODAC, where substantial clinic growth was achieved. Richard holds an MBA from Norwich University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
