Bethany Miles is an experienced legal professional with a focus on child protection and prosecution. Currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General since October 2022, Bethany specializes in Internet Crimes Against Children. Previous roles include Assistant Solicitor at the Fifth Circuit Solicitor's Office from September 2019 to September 2022 and Assistant Attorney General at the SC Attorney General's Office from August 2011 to 2019. Additionally, Bethany worked as an Attorney in Victim Services for the South Carolina Commission on Prosecution Coordination and began a legal career as an intern and law clerk with the National District Attorneys Association. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
