Oussama Kham is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Responsable de Proximité RH at SOURIAU-SUNBANK Connection Technologies by Eaton since June 2022, Oussama previously held the position of Plant HR Supervisor at Aptiv from March 2020 to June 2022, as well as HRBP and HR Specialist at Lear Corporation from July 2017 to March 2020. Oussama's background includes roles focused on HR development and administration, succession planning, payroll and social affairs, and recruitment, demonstrating a strong capability in managing human resources efficiently.
