Jessica Murphy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, engineering, and retail. Currently serving as the Director of Culture and Senior Financial Analyst at Sourceree since September 2015, Jessica combines expertise in financial analysis within the government sector. Previously, Jessica co-owned Caramel Closet, LLC, a successful direct sales fashion retailer for LuLaRoe from February 2016 to March 2021. Prior roles include Program Analyst III at Gryphon Technologies, where Jessica conducted data analysis for the Defense Readiness Reporting System, and Systems and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin, focusing on formal test plans and systems engineering for military satellite ground systems. Jessica began their career with an internship at Dynamet, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh.
