Monika Mazurek is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Sourceful Information Technology Services since November 2020, Monika oversees HR projects, recruitment strategies, employee development, and internal communication while managing HR policies and the HR and Admin budget. Prior to this role, Monika held similar positions at LCloud, where responsibilities included recruitment management and employer branding, and UCMS Group EMEA, focusing on client relationship management. Additionally, Monika has significant experience from Telefónica and IBM, where responsibilities spanned HR support, training, onboarding, and process improvement. Monika holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in HR from Technological University Dublin and a Diploma in Finance and Banking from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
