Arooj Shahzad possesses extensive experience in human resources and performance management, having held various positions within multiple organizations. Arooj's roles include Senior Performance Management Executive and HR Executive at Source Kode Solutions, where expertise in Performance Management Systems was developed. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Paragon Exchange Private Limited and as a Human Resources Officer at Afir Technologies Pvt Ltd. Arooj began a career in human resources as an intern at the National Bank of Pakistan. Arooj holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Education, Lahore, completed in April 2021.
