Zohaib Iqbal is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk specialist at Source Central Partners since August 2022, Zohaib previously worked as an IT Desktop Engineer at Best Technology Services from February 2020 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Support Engineer at Techaccess Pakistan, where responsibilities involved serving as a Resident Engineer at the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan Datacenter and supporting infrastructure technology implementations. Zohaib holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UET Taxila, completed from 2013 to 2017.
