Steve's educational background includes an Associate's degree in IT Networking from the University of Phoenix and various telecommunications certifications from NEC America, Samsung Telecommunications America, Shared Resource Exchange, and Iwatsu America, along with a High School Diploma from Presentation College Chaguanas, Trinidad.
