Phil Dailly has a comprehensive work experience, starting in 1994 as a Police Officer/Sergeant with the Baltimore City Housing Authority Police. Phil then transitioned to sales roles, including Sales Representative at Dunbar Armored and Cycomm Mobile Solutions. From 2000 to 2002, they oversaw sales activities in the Northeast U.S. as a Sales Representative.
In 2003, Phil took a voluntary hiatus to serve as a Youth Director at the Manassas St. Thomas United Methodist Church, recruiting and training volunteers. Phil returned to sales in 2005 as a Regional Sales Manager at General Dynamics Itronix, leading sales initiatives for wireless rugged mobile computing devices.
Since 2010, Phil has been with ShotSpotter, Inc., starting as the Southeast Region Sales Director, generating sales and driving business development in the Southeast U.S. and the Caribbean. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales - Solutions Group, leading a team of Product-Based Sales Consultants/Subject Matter Experts. Phil collaborates with marketing and product management to define the value proposition, ROI, and messaging for each product line, while also assisting Regional Sales Directors with strategy, customer pain diagnosis, and high-priority presentations.
Phil Dailly earned a BA degree in Political Science and Economics from James Madison University between 1985 and 1989.
