Kevin Reeves, CPCC, PCC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin currently works as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Fidelity Manager and Manager of Operations for Virtual Training at the Edge Foundation from September 2019. Kevin'sresponsibilities involved bringing coaching to schools, training teachers and faculty on coaching techniques, and focusing on improving executive function skills for students, particularly those with ADD and ADHD. Additionally, they found coaching to be beneficial for all students, including those who faced challenges like homelessness or academic pressure. Before joining the Edge Foundation, Kevin worked as a Personal Development Coach at Legacy Craft Coaching starting from March 2019. Kevin'searlier experience includes a long-term stint as a Crew Member and Mate at Trader Joe's, where they served from January 2004 to October 2020.

Kevin Reeves, CPCC, PCC completed their Bachelor's degree in Christian Education from Biola University in 2002. In 2019, they enrolled at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and successfully obtained their CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) degree in Co-Active Coaching in 2021. Additionally, in 2020, Kevin obtained their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Kevin further enhanced their qualifications by completing the Center for Creative Leadership's CCL Assessment Certification Course in February 2023. Kevin is currently pursuing the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation and will complete the Sounding Board 1:1 Leadership Coach program in May 2023.
