Juliana Borges currently serves as Program Director I at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, leading a case management team in the Foster Care Services division. In this role, Juliana supervises a team of five case managers, coordinating services for youth aged 0-21 and collaborating with multiple systems, including the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Previous experience includes roles as Program Coordinator, Lead Case Manager, and Family Support Specialist at various organizations, including Rochester AmeriCorps, where Juliana supported high school students in their academic journeys. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and Sociology, along with ongoing studies for a Master of Public Administration at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance.
