Tamra Rodriguez, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Sound Community Services, Inc. since June 2012. Over the years, Tamra has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager, in addition to starting as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this, Tamra worked at Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa from May 2005 to June 2012, serving as Human Resources Manager and Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, as well as completing a Manager in Training program. Tamra holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
