Chris Constantine has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving at Sound Community Services, Inc. since January 2016. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Baldwin Whitehall School District and HealthCare HR Organization with ASHHRA. Chris has held interim management positions, such as at Cambridge Health Alliance, and has been an HR Director at Advanced Radiology Consultants. As the Owner/Principal of Human Resources Alternatives, Chris provided a wide range of consulting services. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital and Personnel Administrator at Pratt & Whitney. Chris holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory & Composition from Keene State College.
