Caitlin Millerd, MSOL, currently serves as the Director of Quality at Sound Community Services, Inc., a position held since March 2019, after progressing through multiple quality-related roles within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Specialist at Reliance Health, Inc., where responsibilities included developing policies for compliance and providing training on Quality Assurance standards. Caitlin's background encompasses diverse roles in education and youth programming, including youth programming at Norwich Public Schools and special education support at Teachers Memorial Middle School. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
