Madhumitha Balaji is a Prompt Engineer at Soul AI since September 2023. Previously, Madhumitha served as a Steel Detailing Trainer at AISC Steel Detailing Training Center from March 2023 to August 2023, focusing on AISC and OSHA standards, Tekla Structures 2021 training, business analysis, and research and development. From September 2019 to May 2021, Madhumitha worked as a Junior Engineer at Tek1, where responsibilities included steel member counts, material take-off and report generation in Tekla and AutoCAD, drafting in AutoCAD, complex modeling using Grasshopper and Dynamo, and industry standards learning in Australian steel detailing. Madhumitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Jeppiaar Maamallan Engineering College, completed in 2019.
