Hamid Charfedine is a Project Development Manager at Soucy since November 2021, overseeing the complete integration of new products from contract acquisition to production, managing subcontracting and documentation, and providing production support. Prior experience includes serving as a researcher at Université du Québec à Rimouski with a focus on renewable energy and vibration control in wind turbine blades, and as a Team Manager Engineer at Servicom SA, responsible for elevator production. Hamid's career also features roles in R&D for escalators and elevators, project internships involving cement filling machines, and engineering methodology at Safran, alongside early internships in various engineering environments. Hamid holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy from Université du Québec and a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from ?cole Polytechnique de Sousse, complemented by a technician diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
