Eduarda Barcelar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Analista de RH at Sou SERAC since February 2021, focusing on recruitment and selection for various positions and managing the entire process of job openings and closings. Prior to this, Eduarda worked as an Assistente de Recursos Humanos at Actionbr Play from September 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included supporting trade marketing efforts for multiple clients, budget control, and development of promotional materials. Eduarda began a career in human resources as an Aprendiz de Recursos Humanos, gaining foundational experience in recruitment processes. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, expected to graduate in 2024.
