Marleen Giesen has extensive experience in the field of social work and education, currently serving as a Leerkracht (zij-instroom) at SOTOG since April 2022. Previous roles include Pedagogisch medewerker at DOMUS DULCIS DOMUS, Persoonlijk begeleider at 's Heeren Loo, and Woonbegeleider at Stichting woonzorg Lojal, focusing on the support of young individuals with various challenges. Marleen's background also includes experience as a Woonbegeleider/mentor at 's Heeren Loo Zorggroep, where support was provided to teenagers with mild intellectual disabilities and behavioral issues. Additional experience as an Ambulant gezinsbegeleider involved family guidance for a child with ADHD, autism, and ODD/CD. Marleen holds a degree in Maatschappelijk Werk from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and is currently pursuing a zij-instroom traject at Iselinge Hogeschool.
