Hector Arellano has over 10 years of experience in financial and audit services. Hector began their career in 2010 working as an Assistant I at PwC, where they were responsible for financial audit of large companies. In 2011, they moved to Ericsson as a Project Administrator, where they were responsible for financial control of telecommunications projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2014, they joined Mata Rivas & Asociados as an Audit Semi Senior. In 2016, they began working as a Manager at EY, where they provided audit services in companies such as Endesa, Naturgy, and Gestamp. Hector also worked as a Freelance, self-employed Spanish Teacher and private tutor. Currently, Hector Arellano is a Finalcial Controller at Soto Solar.

Hector Arellano has been pursuing higher education since 2000. Hector obtained a Bachiller en Administracion from Colegio Santa Rosa de Lima between 2000 and 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they earned a Licenciado en Contaduria Publica from Universidad de los Andes (VE). In 2013, they completed an MBA Full Time Bilingue from E&S Business School and an English Course from MLS International College. In 2014, they earned an English Certificate from British Study Centres. In 2020, they began a Programa ThePowerMBA, Future Leaders at ThePower Business School. In 2014, they obtained an IELTS certification from England.
