Akash Mainra is a seasoned professional in global business development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Business Development at SOTI since March 2014, Akash has held various leadership roles including Director of Global Sales Development and Director of Professional Services. Prior to SOTI, Akash worked at Research In Motion from December 2005 to February 2014 as Enterprise Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for BlackBerry Connect. Early career highlights include positions such as Director of Business Development at CTI Group and Sales Director at Amdocs, along with experience as an Account Executive at Compaq Canada. Akash holds an MBA with a Major in Marketing from the University of New England and completed a Management Development Program focused on Strategies for Growth at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and additional studies at Schulich School of Business - York University.
