Sofía Vainesman currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Traveling Exhibitions and Regional Gallery Manager at Sotheby's, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sofía worked as a Project Manager at DW Northstar from November 2021 to September 2022. Sofía's experience also includes positions at Gucci, where roles included Special Events & Brand Partnerships Coordinator and Special Events & Brand Partnerships Assistant from March 2019 to November 2021. Earlier in the career, Sofía was a Fashion Assistant at Marie Claire from October 2018 to March 2019. Sofía holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Film/Television, and Art History from Boston University and graduated from The Bronx High School of Science.
