Shane Henderson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shane began their career as an Assistant Civil Engineer at WSP, where they successfully delivered client deliverables and supported different projects. Shane then joined Deloitte as an Infrastructure & Capital Projects Consultant. After that, they worked at Bring A Trailer Media LLC as an Auction Specialist, where they managed collector and vintage vehicle auctions, contributing to a record-breaking sales year for the company. Following this, they were appointed as the Director of Sales Strategy at Motorsport Network, where they played a crucial role in creating an online-only highline dealership and developing the necessary infrastructure for selling vehicles online. Currently, Shane is the Director of Operations at Sotheby's Motorsport, a joint venture of RM Sotheby's and Motorsport Network, focused on launching a luxury online auction experience for exotic, luxury, and sports cars. Overall, Shane has shown strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and expertise in sales strategy and operations management throughout their career.

Shane Henderson completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Notre Dame in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2016, with a minor in Sustainability.
