Selin Altinok, PhD, is an experienced analyst currently with SOSV as part of the IndieBio NY team since February 2024. Prior roles include Co-Managing Director and Co-Director of Sponsorship & Partnership for the RTP Chapter at Nucleate from September 2021 to August 2023, as well as a Student Fellow at Carolina Research Ventures from January 2022 to January 2023. Selin contributed as a Venture Catalyst Fellow at Innovate Carolina from August 2021 to April 2022 and served as a Postgraduate Research Associate in the Gunel Lab at Yale University from June 2015 to June 2017. Selin earned a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2017-2023) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Genetics & Bioinformatics from Bahcesehir University (2011-2015).
