Kathrin Zenth

Kathrin Zenth has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2006 as a Personalreferentin / Ausbilderin at Unique, where they handled strategic and operative human resources work and was also an Ausbilderin. Kathrin then joined Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in 2010 as an HR Business Partner / Teamlead / Personalreferent, where they led a team of 2 employees and was responsible for areas such as production and administration, as well as implementing a workplace health management program. In 2017, they became a systemischer Coach at an undisclosed company, and in 2019, they joined iinovis as an HR-Manager and later as an HR Director. Currently, they are set to become the Head of HR at SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. starting in November 2022.

Kathrin Zenth completed their Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Tübingen, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued an Erasmus program at the University of Deusto, specializing in Economicas Empresariales. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Systemischer Coach from GST Gesellschaft für systemische Therapie und Beratung. The duration of their enrollment in this program is not specified.
