Petra Johansson (formerly Ericson) has extensive experience in IT operations and cloud technologies, currently serving as a Cloud Operations Engineer at SOS Alarm since January 2019, specializing in cloud-based systems and Azure DevOps. Prior to this role, Petra worked as a Server Operations Technician, handling various technical tasks related to Microsoft, Windows Server, and Azure. Petra's career includes a tenure as an IT Operations Technician for the 112 emergency system at SOS Alarm from 2014 to 2018, and experience as an IT Operation and Infrastructure Technician at Grant Thornton Sweden AB, as well as an ISIT Server Technician at Nynas AB, focusing on mixed infrastructure environments. Petra began the professional journey as an IT Consultant at IT-Resurs AB from 1999 to 2005.
