Aditya Lesmana, CETP, is an experienced professional in people development and training with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the National People Development Manager at PT. SOS INDONESIA since December 2016, Aditya has also held roles as Training Supervisor and Training Staff within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as a Trainer at PT. Bintang Mahameru Utama from October 2015 to October 2016, as well as training roles at PT. LG Mobile Indonesia from March 2012 to October 2015. Aditya began a career in sales, working as Sales Staff at PT. Indoprom Indonesia from December 2009 to January 2012. Aditya's educational background includes studies at SMU Bakti Idhata.
