Madars Lapcenoks has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Sorainen since June 2011, where previous roles included IT Engineer and IT Security Specialist. Prior to this, Madars worked as a System Administrator at Opportunity, Inc. from February 2017 to August 2018 and held the position of IT Manager at JSC "Kvadra Pak" from April 2006 to June 2011. Madars began the career as an IT Specialist at Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy from September 2005 to April 2006.
