Shalini Misra has extensive experience in digital transformation and technology, currently serving as the Group Digital Offerings Leader at Sopra Steria since September 2003. In this role, Shalini develops comprehensive business offerings utilizing digital technologies with multinational teams and promotes these offerings to analysts and customers globally. As the Chief Digital Officer, Shalini leads Centers of Excellence focusing on AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Digital Interactions, creating accelerators that expedite digital project delivery. Additionally, Shalini oversees Digital Transformation and Innovation at Sopra Steria, emphasizing technology's role in delivering customer value. Early career experiences include serving as an Account Manager at Sopra Steria and a Consultant at NIIT Technologies Limited, along with a foundational role as a Module Leader at Tata Consultancy Services. Shalini holds a Master of Computer Applications from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Miranda House.
