Ross Purcell is an experienced professional in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Mortgage & Banking Services Consultancy at Sopra Steria since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ross was the Director of Product Management at Huboo and held multiple positions at Bank of Ireland from July 2013 to November 2022, including Head of Product and Customer Experience and Lead Digital Design & UX. Earlier career roles included Head of Information Technology and E-commerce Manager at National Friendly, Senior Marketing Executive at Bank of Ireland, and various positions in project management and e-marketing at edeus mortgage creators, Digital Therapy, and Pink Home Loans. Ross holds a BSc (Hons) in Internet Computing and Business Management from the University of Hull, obtained from 1999 to 2002.
