Vijay Sachdeva is a Senior Consultant at Sophelle. Vijay has over 13 years of experience in the banking and consulting industries.

Vijay started their career in January 2005 as a Senior Consultant at TD Bank. Vijay was responsible for leading the EMV certifications of major merchants, such as Walmart, Target, LCBO, Foot Locker, Aeropostale, The Children’s Place, and Boston Pizza. Vijay also managed the QA program for the Base24 EMV 6.0 Chip & PIN Upgrade project.

In December 2008, Vijay left TD Bank to join Sophelle as a Senior Consultant. At Sophelle, they have helped devise strategy & tools for certifying major merchants’ EMV migration initiatives. Vijay has also led EMV certifications for several major merchants.

Vijay Sachdeva completed an M.Sc. in Computer Science at Western University and an M.Sc. in Physics at St. Francis Xavier University.
