Amit Dagan has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Support Specialist at DSP Group since January 2017. In this role, Amit operates in a highly technological environment, managing and supporting advanced systems such as OKTA SSO, DUO MFA, Crowdstrike Falcon EDR, and various communication tools, while providing advanced support to approximately 450 users globally, both on-site and remotely. Prior to this, Amit worked at Harel Information Technologies from 2004 to 2017, holding the positions of Help Desk Specialist and IT Support Specialist, which contributed to a strong foundation in IT support and customer service.
