Milan Golatkar possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head HR-Revenue, Sports & Post Production, along with leadership roles in Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding, and Communications at Sony Pictures Networks India since June 2018. Prior to this, Milan held significant positions at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, including Practice Head for Performance Management and Talent Development, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier career stages included leadership roles at RMC Readymix (India) and various human resources positions at Zee Entertainment Enterprises. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Bombay College of Pharmacy.
