Ebenezer Samuel is an experienced professional in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as QA Head for SonyLIV at Sony Pictures Networks India since September 2016. Prior to this role, Ebenezer held positions as Senior Quality Analyst at NeoSOFT Technologies from August 2012 to August 2016, and Technical Support Specialist at both Three. and IBM India Private Limited between April 2010 and March 2010. Ebenezer holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, completed in 2023, as well as a Bachelor in Computer Application from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, both obtained in 2005.
