Alena Edwards is a seasoned professional in music licensing and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Music Licensing at Sony Music Entertainment since December 2019. With prior experience as a Music Licensing and Insights Manager at West One Music Group, Alena has developed strong client relationships, conducted extensive market research, and managed licensing negotiations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Alena's career began with diverse roles, including positions at YouTube and Sky Media, along with self-employment in hospitality and events. Alena holds a Master's Degree in Music Industry Management from London Metropolitan University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, complemented by advanced training in Styling from AMD Akademie Mode & Design.
