Mike Healey has over 20 years of experience in programming and management roles in the gaming industry. Mike most recently worked at Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Senior Manager, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, Mike served as the Head of Programming at Rebellion from March 2020 to October 2021. Mike held the position of Associate Head of Programming at Rebellion from September 1998 to March 2020.

Mike Healey attended the University of Oxford from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics & Philosophy.
