José Cañavate Guzmán has a varied work experience. José started working at Henry Schein in October 2016 in the accounting department and stayed there until June 2017. In September 2017, they joined Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Finance Assistant and later became the Accounts Payable Manager in December 2019. Jose's most recent role is as a Business Analyst at Sony Interactive Entertainment, starting in October 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Concierge at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh from June to August 2017.

José Cañavate Guzmán pursued their education at ESIC Business & Marketing School. From 2013 to 2017, they completed their undergraduate degree in Administration and Business Management. Following that, they furthered their studies by enrolling in a Master's program in Financial Management at ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2017 to 2018.
