Daria Woo

Sr. Manager, CX Operations at Sony Interactive Entertainment

Daria Woo has held various roles throughout their work experience. Daria started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1996 as an Information Services Manager, where they remained until 2001. In 2008, Daria joined Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC as a Quality Assurance Manager. Daria then progressed to become a Quality Improvement Manager in 2011, responsible for managing key performance indicators and training programs. In 2013, they took on the role of Consumer Services Operations Manager, overseeing web-based support channels in the U.S., Canada, and Latin American region. Currently, they are employed at Sony Interactive Entertainment America LLC as a Sr. Manager, CX Operations, starting in 2019.

Daria Woo obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, where they studied International Relations and Affairs from 1986 to 1990.
