Eric Plath is the Chief Financial Officer at Sonstegard Foods Company since June 2018, where the focus is on creating value and exceeding expectations in the egg industry. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Tax Manager at Eide Bailly LLP from January 2007 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 2002 and 2007, an Associate of Applied Science in Sales & Retail Management from South Central College from 1996 to 1998, and a high school diploma from Mankato West High School, graduated in 1995.
