Elek Balla has a work experience as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Sonrisa International Inc. since March 2020. Elek also worked as a Web Developer at Lynx Solutions SRL from October 2012 to March 2020.

Elek Balla attended Bolyai Farkas High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they enrolled in Sapientia – Hungarian University of Transylvania from 2008 to 2012. Elek has also obtained several certifications, including becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional in November 2015. Elek also received training in Advanced Scrum Master, Agile Team Workshop, and Scrum/Agile Elevation from various institutions such as Sprint Consulting Llc. and LitheSpeed.
