Dasharath Chavda has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development roles.
Dasharath started working for SPEC INDIA in 2013 as a Software Engineer, where they developed applications using Hadoop and Hive for distributed processing. Dasharath also worked on Hadoop cluster design and configuration, as well as Map-Reduce development with Java.
In 2015, Dasharath joined Obsessory as a Software Engineer, where they focused on data cleansing and parsing for the fashion domain. Dasharath also indexed data into HSearch on top of HBase and worked on sensing attributes based on thesaurus.
Later in 2015, Dasharath joined Mu Sigma Inc. as a Senior Developer in Innovation & Development. Here, they developed a stream processing application using Apache Flink and Scala, increasing the processing capacity from 20 to 100 stock tickers of NYSE. Dasharath integrated R and Python algorithms in the streaming application and conducted learning sessions on Big Data eco system components for interns.
In 2017, Dasharath worked for FICOâ„¢ as a Software Engineer, specializing in Big Data. Dasharath developed an analytic module for Card Compromise Manager (CCM) using Apache Spark and Scala, processing historical data and deriving potential insights to help businesses make better decisions and protect customers from fraud. Dasharath also set up the Apache Hadoop cluster, integrated it with Kerberos and Hadoop KMS, and worked with Apache Spark and YARN.
Most recently, Dasharath joined Sonrai Security in 2019 as a Software Engineer.

From 2006 to 2008, Dasharath attended Sardar Patel High School Khetiwadi in Anand, where they obtained their 12th grade diploma in Commerce.
From 2008 to 2011, Dasharath pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Application and Information Technology at Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.
From 2011 to 2013, Dasharath continued their studies at Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Technology.
In 2014, Dasharath also obtained a certification as a Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop (CCDH) from Cloudera.
