Alex Milakovic is an experienced professional in customer experience and education recruitment, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Sonovate since November 2018, where responsibilities have included leadership roles as a Customer Experience Team Leader and Relationship Executive. Prior to this, Alex worked as an Education Recruitment Consultant at Vetro Recruitment from January 2017 to November 2018 and as a Teacher for Special Educational Needs at Llanwern High School between January 2014 and January 2017. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Psychology from the University of South Wales, obtained in 2015, alongside earlier education at College and Hawthorn High School.
