Simone Pache is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Since January 2020, Simone has served as Senior Director of HRM Group Functions at Sonova Group. Prior experience includes positions such as Global Head of HR Group Functions and Head of HR Switzerland at Sulzer, as well as HR Business Partner for different sectors at Sika and Unilever. Simone began a career in HR at Swiss International Air Lines as Head of Flight Crew and Management Assessment Center and held earlier roles including Supervisor of Psychological Assessments at Crossair. Educational credentials comprise a Master's degree in Psychology and Pedagogy from the University of Basel, and various certificates in HR consulting and management from ZHAW School of Management and Law.
