Els Lamberts is an experienced communication professional currently serving as Internal Communication Manager at Sonova Group since January 2014, focusing on internal and corporate communications as well as Employer Branding. Lamberts began at Lapperre, where work involved branding, lead generation, and point-of-sales visibility, before advancing to Corporate Communications Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Public Relations & Social Media Account Manager at LEWIS PR, managing media relations and corporate communications for a range of international clients including Samsung, Google, and IBM, and working as a Communications Consultant at Leads United. Early in the career, Lamberts completed a corporate communication traineeship at Tessenderlo Group. Lamberts holds a Master's in Multilingual Business Communication from Ghent University and a Master's in Communication Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
