Rob Lambourne is an experienced UX professional currently serving as the UX Director for Sonos Professional and Sonos Business at Sonos, Inc., since June 2003. Lambourne has been instrumental in delivering user experience design and creative direction for Sonos software, hardware, and services. Previous roles include Distinguished Designer and Director of User Experience Design, where Lambourne played a key role in establishing the UX team and enhancing product integration with third-party partners. Prior to Sonos, Lambourne held positions at Invention Machine, Weave Innovations, and Philips Design, focusing on interaction design and user experience for high-profile clients such as NASA and Boeing. Lambourne holds a Master's degree in Computer Related Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology from Loughborough University.
