Kristen Leclerc is a seasoned user research professional currently serving as Senior Manager of User Research at Sonos, Inc. since April 2019. In this role, Kristen leads a team of four user researchers, collaborating closely with product teams to enhance innovative concepts, services, and products by understanding customer lifestyles and needs. Previously, Kristen held the position of Principal User Researcher at Sonos, where exploratory research contributed to the development of software and hardware experiences. Kristen's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Scientist and Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research, and as a Senior Research Assistant at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center. Kristen earned a BA with high distinction in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
