James R. Cameron serves as the Executive Director at the Sonoma County Transportation Authority and Regional Climate Protection Authority (SCTA/RCPA) since March 2012, having also held the position of Chief Deputy Executive Director. Prior to this role, James R. Cameron worked as a Supervising Engineer for the City of Santa Rosa from December 2005 to March 2012. James R. Cameron earned a degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, between 1992 and 1996.
