Samantha Williams is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as Global IT Digital Leader at Sonoco since June 2020, Samantha leads a newly established department focused on leveraging digital technology to drive company-wide transformation. Previous roles include Global IT Business Solutions CX Leader at Sonoco, where Samantha created CX and digital teams for a global business valued at approximately $7B, and Global Executive Director at Sealed Air Corporation, responsible for technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives. Samantha is also an official member and CX/EX Member Leader of the Forbes Technology Council, sharing insights on digital transformation. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and studies at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
