Lorena Tywan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Sonoco since October 2020, Lorena has held multiple roles including Talent Operations Lead Specialist, Global Talent Development Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting and strategic collaboration with hiring managers. Previously, from March 2015 to October 2020, Lorena worked at Sonoco Thermosafe as a Customer Service Representative, managing top tier accounts and facilitating effective communication with customers.
