Nikhilkumar Poshiya has extensive experience in the renewable energy and electrical engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Test and Release Engineer for 3rd level support at sonnen GmbH since February 2022, Nikhilkumar previously worked at Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE from January 2019 to October 2021, where roles included Post-graduate Research Assistant and Master Thesis Student, focusing on grid aggregation techniques and renewable energy integration. Prior to that, Nikhilkumar held positions at Larsen & Toubro from July 2015 to September 2018, serving as Assistant Design Manager and Senior Design Engineer, contributing to new product development and switchgear design. Nikhilkumar began the career as a Sales Engineer in the electrical and automation IC sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from The University of Freiburg (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering (2011-2015).
